Full Resident membership — unlimited hot desk access, all operating hours, Monday to Saturday. Your second office, always ready.
Board room at ₦11,475/hr with your founding discount, against ₦15,000 public. Café One's smaller conference room is booked Monday to Saturday — yours is not.
Media Studio from ₦9,180/hr with your founding discount, against ₦12,000 public. The same session in Lagos runs ₦25,000. Nothing comparable exists in Uyo. Minimum 2 hours.

Seemplr opens in 2026. Founding Members will receive an exclusive preview and be the first through the doors before the public launch.
You pay once, in full, when you sign — that's what secures your place and funds the opening. Your included membership period starts on opening day, not at signing, so you lose nothing to the wait. If we don't open by 31 December 2026, you get a full refund without argument.
Nothing changes except that you start paying monthly — at your locked founding rate, for life. ₦80,000 for Patrons, ₦55,000 for Members. Every other benefit continues: the 10% booking discount, Academy priority, your locker, your place on the Wall, the dinners. You can stop paying at any point with 30 days' notice, and rejoin at your locked rate within 12 months.
Yes. We review every application individually and will be in touch within 48 hours. Acceptance is not automatic — we are curating this cohort intentionally, and will tell you clearly if this isn't the right fit.
Your included months and your locked rate are the same regardless of how often you visit, and the 10% discount applies every time you book the studio, the board room, or the training hall. Even for occasional use it pays for itself quickly.
