Seemplr is the product of years of work — training Nigerians across multiple states, delivering government-backed contracts, and seeing firsthand what's missing from Nigeria's professional ecosystem.
Seemplr didn't start with a pitch deck. It started with a problem Emmanuel kept running into: talented, motivated professionals across Nigeria who had the skills but lacked the infrastructure to turn those skills into income. No credible workspace. No structured training pathways. No network built for them. Just ambition and no platform to land it on.
Through Seemplr Digital Solution, Emmanuel spent years delivering government-backed technical training programmes across Delta, Akwa Ibom, and Abia states — Solar Power Installation, Electricity Meter Repair, DSTV and CCTV setup — under contracts with NCDMB, Globetech, and PowerTide Energy. Over 200 Nigerians trained. Real skills. Real certifications. Real placements. But after every programme wrapped, the same question lingered: where do these people go next?
Seemplr is the answer to that question — built as an integrated professional ecosystem where you can work, learn, launch a business, find clients, and become part of a community that takes results seriously. Not an imitation of somewhere else. The real thing, built for Nigeria, with the ambition to exist everywhere it's needed.
Emmanuel Medekong is a builder in the truest sense — someone who has spent the better part of a decade not talking about what Nigeria's professionals need, but actually going out and delivering it. As the founder of Seemplr Digital Solution, he secured and executed training contracts with agencies including NCDMB, Globetech, and PowerTide Energy, putting technical skills in the hands of over 200 Nigerians across four states.
His business interests span multiple sectors: MyWay Technologies (technology infrastructure), Cheksure (safety and security), PureCare & Wellness (health), PowerTide Energy (energy solutions), ReWaya (enterprise services), and Globetech (technical training). Each venture reflects the same philosophy — identify a real gap, build a real solution, and execute it with discipline.
Seemplr is Emmanuel's most personal project yet — a direct response to what he's seen on the ground across Nigeria: exceptional people held back by weak infrastructure. It's a deliberate statement that you don't have to relocate to build something significant — and that the right environment for professional growth should exist everywhere, not just in Lagos or Abuja.
"'Build here.' isn't just a tagline. It's a directive — the same one I give myself every morning."
— Emmanuel MedekongSeemplr runs on a small, trusted team — advisors who bring depth in strategy, ministry, and operations, and a creative unit that executes everything you see. This is not a committee. It's a coalition of people who believe in what's being built.
Whether you need workspace, training, business development support, or just want to be part of what's being built — this is your invitation.
