Growth plan you keep forever

Where most businesses are stuck.
Where you'll be after.

Before

Running hard, going sideways

  • Revenue is unpredictable — good months feel like luck
  • You're doing everything yourself because no one else does it right
  • You have no idea if you're actually making money or just busy
  • Marketing feels like guessing — you post and hope
  • Growth ideas pile up but never get implemented
  • You can't take a week off without things falling apart
After

A business with real foundations

  • Predictable pipeline — you know where the next customer is coming from
  • Documented processes that let you delegate without losing quality
  • Clear unit economics — margins, break-even, and cash flow at a glance
  • A marketing strategy you understand and can execute consistently
  • A 90-day growth plan with clear priorities and timelines
  • A business that works even when you're not in the room

Built for people who are
already in the arena.

This is not a startup theory class. It's for people already running a business — or about to — who need real tools, not inspiration.

🛠️
SME Owners

You're generating revenue but hitting a growth ceiling. The business depends too much on you, and you can't see a clear path to the next level.

You'll use this programme to

Build systems that remove you as the bottleneck. Understand your financials properly. Build a growth roadmap you can actually execute.

🚀
Early-Stage Founders

You've launched and have early customers, but everything is informal — no proper processes, no financial clarity, no repeatable way to get the next client.

You'll use this programme to

Turn your side hustle into a structured business. Set up the financial foundations, build a real sales process, and start delegating with confidence.

💼
Professionals Going Independent

You have valuable skills and years of experience, but you're transitioning to freelance or starting your own agency and need to learn the business side fast.

You'll use this programme to

Package your expertise, price correctly, build a client pipeline, and avoid the most common mistakes that kill solo businesses in year one.

8 modules. Every one
applied to your business.

Each session has a workshop component where you apply the concepts directly to your own business — so you leave with real outputs, not just notes.

How the programme
actually runs.

🗓️
Live Cohort — Monday & Wednesday Evenings

Two 90-minute live sessions per week (7:00 PM – 8:30 PM). All sessions are instructor-led with a workshop component — not pre-recorded video you're left alone with. Miss a session? Recordings are available within 24 hours.

🏛️
In-Person Workshop Day (Week 4)

A half-day Saturday session at Seemplr's workspace in the middle of the programme. Peer workshops, financial deep-dives, and lunch together. Included in the fee — travel not provided.

👥
Small Cohort — Max 18 Founders

Cohorts are intentionally small. You're not watching a webinar — you're getting feedback on your real business. The small size means real discussion, real accountability, and real peer learning.

💬
Private Community & Ongoing Access

Access to the private Seemplr Founders community group, monthly alumni Q&A sessions, and lifetime access to all templates and frameworks. The cohort is the start of a network, not the end of it.

Tangible outputs,
not just knowledge.

📊
Financial Model

A working spreadsheet with your revenue model, cost structure, unit economics, and break-even analysis — built during the course, updated as you go.

🗺️
90-Day Growth Plan

A prioritised, specific plan for the next 90 days of your business — with milestones, owners, and weekly check-in structure. Peer-reviewed in Week 8.

📋
Sales Playbook

Your personal sales process documented — discovery questions, objection responses, proposal template, and follow-up sequence. Start using it in Week 2.

⚙️
3 Core SOPs

Three standard operating procedures for your most repeated processes — ready to hand to a staff member, contractor, or future hire immediately.

📣
Marketing Content Calendar

A 30-day content plan across your chosen channels — structured by content type, call-to-action, and posting schedule. Built in Week 3, yours to keep.

Common questions

Do I need a business degree or financial background? +
No background required. The programme is designed for founders and business owners who are strong at what they do but want to get better at the business side. We explain everything from first principles with practical examples.
I already have a business running — is this still right for me? +
Yes — in fact you'll get more out of it. Every workshop exercise is applied to your actual business. A business that is already operating gives you real numbers to work with in the financial module, a real pipeline to improve in the sales module, and real processes to document in the operations module.
What if I miss a live session? +
Recordings are uploaded within 24 hours of each live session. We understand founders have unpredictable schedules — the design assumes you'll miss one or two sessions over 8 weeks. Just catch up before the next session so the workshop exercises stay relevant.
Is the in-person day in Week 4 mandatory? +
It's strongly encouraged but not a graduation requirement. The in-person day is where a lot of the real peer connection and financial deep-dive happens — participants who attend consistently report it as the highest-value session. If you genuinely cannot make it, the session is recorded and the workshop materials are available online.
How is this different from a generic online business course? +
Three main differences: (1) It's live, not self-paced — you're in a room (virtual or physical) with an instructor and peers who are doing the same work. (2) Every workshop output is applied to your specific business — you leave with real documents, not generic templates. (3) The cohort size is capped at 18 so you actually get feedback, not just lectures.
When is the next cohort starting? +
Cohort dates are listed on the Academy page. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and seats fill quickly — if you're serious about the next cohort, apply now and we'll confirm your place once reviewed. You can also WhatsApp us to ask about timing.
